This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, fulfilled, and delivered by Peptides Lumina. By placing an order on www.peptideslumina.com, you agree to the terms below.

 

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Processing time may be longer during periods of high order volume. Orders placed after 12 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day.

 

SHIPPING METHODS

We ship within the United States only. Peptides Lumina utilizes various major U.S. carriers depending on availability, reliability, and destination. These may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. The carrier used for your order is selected at our discretion to ensure timely and secure delivery.

 

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the label is created.

 

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Delivery estimates displayed at checkout are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather events, peak mailing seasons, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or operational disruptions beyond our control. Peptides Lumina is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

 

SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION

Signatures are not required by default. Customers may request signature-required delivery by contacting customer support before their order ships.

 

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are solely responsible for entering accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Peptides Lumina is not responsible for shipments delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer, lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses, or forwarding issues. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for reshipment fees.

 

LOST, STOLEN OR MISSING PACKAGES

Once a package shows “Delivered” by the carrier, the delivery is considered complete and ownership transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for packages stolen from premises, packages delivered to the wrong address by the carrier, or packages marked as delivered but not located. If your package appears lost during transit (not marked delivered), contact us and we will assist you in initiating a carrier investigation.

 

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 24 hours with your order number, photos of the packaging, and photos of the affected items. We will review the issue and assist accordingly.

 

WEATHER AND TEMPERATURE CONSIDERATIONS

All products are shipped under standard conditions. We are not responsible for heat exposure, cold exposure, carrier storage conditions, or delays causing environmental stress to products. Customers should be aware of weather conditions in their delivery area when placing orders.

 

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once a shipping label has been created or the order has been transferred to the carrier. If you need to cancel or correct an order, contact us immediately at the email posted on the website.

 

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We reserve the right to refuse shipment to certain addresses, including PO Boxes, forwarding locations, freight forwarders, or individuals who violate our Terms and Conditions. Orders flagged for verification may require ID confirmation before shipment.
